This unit is a hefty AC Step Down Transformer, # 315-0223G, NMI-703A.

The transformer is rated 440 volts on the primary (input) winding and the secondary (output) winding produces 32.5 volts at 6.9 amperes, 60 Hz.

The transformer weighs 10 lbs, measures 5-1/4" L x 4" W x 4-1/2" H, and has an easy four hole mounting base.
