This is a "new" factory surplus 1 HP Century Electric Co. Part # 8-321609-01 Air Over Motor. 
The motor operates at 230/460 volts, 3.8/1.9 amps, 1745 rpm, 60 hz, 3 phase. It has an 143TY frame with no mounting. The motor is reversible, has ball bearings, and is rated continous.

The dimensions are 12" long overall, 8" wide, 6 1/2" high; the keyed shaft is 7/8" diameter by 2 1/4" long. The shipping weight is 40 lbs.
