Howden Vane-Axial Fan 10,300 CFM Blower
This is an unused surplus "out-of-carton" Howden Airdynamics Company Model Part No. 40380-1 Vaneaxial Fan Assembly, rated 10,300 CFM @ 10.0" Ps @ 68º. The ORD. part number is 19207-12268252 and it operates at 34 Brake Horsepower @ 6,000 RPM. There are 15 threaded mounting holes (apprx. 3/16" dia.) around the circumference of the fan. The fan has two parallel feet with two holes in each. One hole in each foot is threaded, the other isn't and is approximately 3/8" Dia. The hole centers between the feet is 8-3/4" while the hole centers along the length of a foot is 4-7/8". 

Overall dimensions are: 19" dia. x 9.5" deep, with 13 - 17 inch blades. The fan is driven by a right-angle 7/8" splined shaft. A few applications for this fan are to dry grain, dry crops, ventilation/circulation, and propulsion. The actual weight of the fan prior to packaging is 55 lbs.
